Leaders improve their personal capacity to move toward a collective vision by applying best practices in change management. This work positions themselves and their organizations for new opportunities to advance complex positive change. I have over two decades of experience building the capacity of others as a trainer, curriculum designer and technical assistance provider.  I’m known for my love of facilitating groups to dream big and then design actionable plans to get new results. My sweet spot is coaching leaders through their personal journeys in leadership development so they can achieve massive impacts.


I offer a customized approach to leadership development no matter which leadership level you are currently at and help you apply learnings to your every- day practice. I help you establish the foundations for exemplary leadership while also cultivating your applied understanding of change management principles so that you are better equipped to lead change efforts. I believe that a one-size fits all approach to leadership development only gets you so far… and I’m interested in helping leaders push to that next level.


I have guided many organizations through complex planning processes, and I have coached leaders to transform their organization’s strategic direction, role and culture. I get excited to help leaders become better at building the capacity of others to accomplish big impacts. It has taken me 20 years of building the capacity of others to come to understand how to help leaders jump to their next leadership level to the benefit of their teams, organizations and market/community.  It starts with the leaders themselves but the real work is in how they in turn build the capacity of others and cultivate a culture that promotes new ways of thinking and contributing for a collective impact.
